With 33 years of experience in digital transformation, focusing on enterprise systems, software product development and professional services, his experience ranges from leading a division of over 15,000 consultants, to working as a team of two as a startup founder. Previously he has led a team of 3000 engineers as head of Product Engineering for Accenture Software, worked as a Professional Services consultant to Salesforce and was an Investor and advisor to multiple start up’s. He is also Director of Paracosma Inc., a provider of Augmented Reality (AR) & Virtual Reality (VR) solutions and Abiba Systems, a provider of analytics and business intelligence solutions to mobile telecom service providers.
Finance Director & Company Secretary. A highly experienced finance professional working in small and medium sized enterprises for over 30 years. She specialises in providing bespoke management information to support management teams in the early years of their development. Hilary will be responsible for overall financial management of the project and ensuring the necessary cost savings are implemented.
Lead Developer. Over 25 years of experience developing leading-edge software for business critical functions in industries from defence, to media, and financial services. Working hands-on with companies to release and operate great products, he delivers lasting value by focusing on the relationship between business goals and technical decisions. He has an M.Eng. degree in Engineering and Computer Science from Oxford University.
Projects have included early Linux development, a UK wide digital cinema roll out, and an online live auction platform for one of the UK’s largest auction houses. He has led software development for several start-up companies that have achieved successful exit sales.
25 years’ experience across the Trust, Fund, Banking and Custody industries with extensive International-experience plus exposure to a wide range of technologies, solutions and environments. He has have undertaken many cross-jurisdiction business migrations and system implementations resulting from business growth, acquisitions, outsource initiatives or restructuring engagements.
He brings both the experience and the intellectual capability necessary to deal with complex, conceptual challenges combined with a thoughtful, practical approach to delivery that comes from his insight regarding the realities of life at the ‘coal face’.
